About the service

BookExpert is a discovery platform. We list local businesses and pass your enquiries to them; we do not provide the services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement you make with a business.

Listings and accuracy

Business details may be submitted by owners or compiled from public sources, so information such as pricing and hours can change. Please confirm details with the business before booking.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or posted on behalf of a competitor.

Business accounts and paid placement

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with local law. Paid placements are always labelled as sponsored and never change organic ratings or reviews.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use means you accept the current version.
